Enquiry records are kept up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for an active engagement or legal claim. Engagement working files follow the retention clause in the engagement letter.

We do not sell personal data. Processors such as email or hosting providers may process data under contract. Claim extracts provided during engagements are handled under confidentiality terms and are separate from marketing lists.
International transfers
Where tools process data outside Hong Kong, we take steps appropriate to the risk, including contractual safeguards with processors.
